## Problem

- What observable problem are we solving?
- Who experiences it, and in what context?
- What evidence makes this worth addressing now?

## Intent

- What must become easier, clearer, faster, or more trustworthy?
- Which qualities make the product specific and must survive implementation?

## Constraints

- Technical, content, legal, accessibility, delivery, and organizational limits
- Existing systems or conventions that remain authoritative
- Actions agents may take without approval

## Proof

- What artifact demonstrates the idea?
- What behavior must be verified?
- What would disconfirm the proposed direction?

## Definition of done

- Acceptance criteria are explicit and testable
- Relevant viewport, interaction, accessibility, and failure states are checked
- Decisions worth repeating are documented or codified
